Please do not send unsolicited creative materials through the website, email, social media, Discord, or any other channel.
If you submit unsolicited creative material despite this policy, you acknowledge that:
* The submission is not confidential.
* No fiduciary, advisory, employment, agency, or other special relationship is created.
* We have no obligation to review, retain, return, respond to, develop, or compensate you for the submission.
* Aughbar Productions may already be developing, considering, or receiving materials that are similar to your submission.
* Similarities between your submission and any current or future Aughbar Productions project will not, by themselves, establish that we used or copied your submission.
This section does not transfer ownership of your original creative work to Aughbar Productions. It establishes that unsolicited submissions will not be treated as confidential or as creating an obligation.
11. Feedback and General Communications
If you voluntarily send us nonconfidential feedback about the website, our films, products, services, or business, you grant Aughbar Productions a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and incorporate that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution.

Participation may be subject to separate community guidelines. We may remove participants or restrict access for harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, infringement, illegal activity, unauthorized promotion, disclosure of confidential materials, or other disruptive conduct.
Access to a community is a privilege and may be suspended or terminated at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Community participation does not create an employment, partnership, representation, agency, or professional relationship with Aughbar Productions.
14.Online Store
This section applies when products, merchandise, digital goods, tickets, or other items become available for purchase through the website.
Product Information
We will make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. However, colors, images, packaging, measurements, and other details may appear differently depending on your device or may change during production.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotional offers may change without notice. We may correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors and may cancel or refuse an order affected by an error.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm fulfillment.
Payments

You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.
Shipping and Delivery

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND AUGHBAR PRODUCTIONS AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Aughbar Productions.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, unenforceable, or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms.
